Melinda’s official title is Director of Multi-Family Housing but boy is she so much more than that! Melinda keeps the TBD team energized, motivated + happy. Melinda truly cares about her team, the community and #allthedogs !! We are so lucky to have Melinda at the helm guiding our awesome staff to be the best! Let’s learn a bit about her…
Q: Favorite building architecturally in TBD?
A: edge-I love the bright sunny hallways, the rooftop deck and the beautiful art
Q: Favorite thing about working in The Bridge District?
A: I love meeting all the dogs and sharing Keely and Taz’s Bark Box treats with the neighborhood

A: Sacramento natural foods co-op for lunch

A: Garden Park on Friday’s & Saturday’s-Urbane
Q: On a sunny weekend day – where might we find you?
A: My backyard playing with my 16 year old dog, Taz and his 10 year old sister Keely.
Q: Tell us one thing about yourself that we might be surprised to learn?
A: I survived a Tornado while living in Oklahoma. I was in the basement of a property I managed, named Deep Deuce
Q: Last but not least – what is the best kept secret about The Bridge District?
A: There are so many fresh fruit and vegetables to pick-strawberries, pomegranate, blueberries and so much more.
