People of TBD: Meet Elyse

July 23, 2020 // People

Meet Elyse from @thefoundrytbd! Some of you may know her as @milestomedals 🏃🏾‍♀️  Eylse loves living in The Bridge District. She loves the community’s modern vibes, friendly faces, & most of all — ALL THE CUTE DOGGIES!  Eylse’s favorite quarantine activities consist of going on walks with her main squeeze Luke, being a part of the TBD virtual book club and of course running around the beautiful city of trees! 🌲  Elyse is an extremely talented and hardworking runner so we wanted to take a minute to share some of her best running tips with you! Elyse said, “First off, running should be something you enjoy! Listen to music and remember to start small and slow. The speed/longer distances will happen with comfort & repetition. Secondly, never underestimate the importance of a good running shoe! I highly recommend checking out Fleet Feet and taking their Fit ID test if you’re planning on getting into running!” ❤️
