What’s happening at The Foundry?

September 25, 2019 // Uncategorized

So, have you noticed that big blue metal building off the freeway? That’s the latest development project within The Bridge District and it’s called The Foundry. It’s not quite open yet, but you can tour the incredible space now and even apply for early pre-lease!

Each floor has a unique communal space allowing the community to come together in meaningful ways. There is a lounge, firepit, outdoor kitchen and a front porch with a built-in bocce ball court! But wait there’s more!

In October, Lily Therens, a local creative, will be painting a mural in The Foundry’s Lobby. So make sure to connect with us on Facebook and Instagram to catch the sneak peeks to come!

We love sharing the beautiful new living spaces with our community. So, if you or a friend are interested be sure to text or call Mollie at 916-718-4377 and get a tour scheduled today!
